For established residential remodelers

Get in front of homeowners before they Google a remodeler.

We reach homeowners while the project is still an idea, before you're one of three bids compared on price. Then we follow up so nothing slips, and report results in signed design agreements, not leads.

The timing problem

By the time they search for a remodeler, the decision is already underway.

Before a homeowner types “kitchen remodeler near me,” they've often spent weeks defining the project, budget, feasibility, and who they should trust.

01Should we remodel or move?

02What does a kitchen remodel actually cost?

03Can we add a second story?

04Is an ADU realistic on this property?

05Do we need an architect, design-build firm, or GC?

More and more of those questions get asked in ChatGPT. You may already use it to check a permit or read a contract. Your next client is using it to price the kitchen.

If your first appearance is on Google, you show up after the decision is mostly made. You're one of three bids, compared on price, before you're ever in the room.

Get there earlier, and you're chosen instead of compared.

The Planning-Phase Pipeline

One system. Planning-stage homeowners in. Signed design agreements out.

Four parts, run as one system. You take the calls and build the jobs. We handle everything up to that point.

01

Reach

Get there before the search.

ChatGPT Ads reach homeowners while they're asking what a remodel costs and whether it's feasible. Meta Ads run underneath as a proven floor, so results never depend on one new channel.

02

Convert

Not a free-quote form.

A planning-stage landing page and estimator built for large projects. Serious homeowners raise their hand. Tire kickers don't.

03

Follow up

Nothing slips between inquiry and consult.

Instant text and email sequences, wired into your CRM, so no inquiry sits for a day waiting on a callback.

04

Report

Count design agreements, not clicks.

One monthly scoreboard: lead, qualified consult, signed design agreement, by channel.

We're not your salesperson and not your closer. We build the system that feeds your sales process.

Why the planning phase is different

Referrals built your business. This reaches the homeowners outside that network.

Referrals are the best work you'll ever get. Keep them. They also stop at the edge of your network, and they usually arrive once the homeowner is already shopping. The Planning-Phase Pipeline is additive: it reaches homeowners who aren't in anyone's network yet, while the project is still an idea.

Earlier in decisionShopping contractors
Referrals

High trust. Limited to the network around you.

Google / contractor search

High intent. Often later in the decision.

Shared lead platforms

You pay to be one of four contractors calling the same homeowner.

Reach the homeowners who aren't in anyone's referral network yet.

The quick win

Wake up the opportunities you've already paid for.

Every established remodeler has a list of old leads, past estimates, and homeowners who said “maybe next year.”

In the first couple of weeks, we run that list back through text and email sequences to find the ones who are ready now. It's your list, not new ad spend.

Real conversations while the new campaigns warm up.

The scoreboard

You know your slippage to the point. Do you know where your last three leads came from?

You run margin, schedule, and production on numbers. The part of the business that feeds all of it usually runs on gut feel. The monthly scoreboard fixes that.

01
SourceLead

Which channel and which question brought them in?

02

Was it the right project, budget, and timeline?

03
The number that mattersSigned design agreement

What actually signed, and what it cost by channel.

Not more marketing data. A pipeline predictable enough to staff against.

Fit

Built for established remodelers with room for more of the right work.

Typically $2M or more in annual revenue. Below that, ad spend and management eat too much of a year's profit, and we'll tell you so on the first call.

+

Good fit

  • $2M+ in annual revenue
  • Projects commonly worth $50K and up
  • Room on the schedule for more work
  • A real sales process, ideally run by someone other than the owner
  • Care more about signed design agreements than cheap lead volume
  • Want to know what marketing actually produces

Probably not a fit

  • Under roughly $2M in annual revenue
  • Mainly handyman, repair, or basic replacement work
  • Booked beyond roughly six months. You need pricing power, not more leads.
  • Looking for “guaranteed leads”
  • Want an outsourced closer rather than a system that feeds your sales process

One question before anything else: if this produces four more design agreements next quarter, can you build them? If the honest answer is no, fix production first. We'll say the same thing on the call.

Founder

Built from the sales side of the table. Not by a lead reseller.

I've spent my career where marketing has to turn into a real sales conversation, and where most of it falls apart.

You run estimating, production, and project management on numbers. The part that feeds all of it deserves the same discipline.

That means getting in front of the right homeowner earlier, following up properly, and reporting what actually turned into signed design agreements. No vanity graphs. No “guaranteed leads.”

The guarantee

We guarantee the parts we control.

Clear commitments without pretending we control your pricing, sales process, or close rate.

01
Launch commitment

Everything live within 30 days — or that month is free.

In order: learn your economics, reactivate your database, build the planning-stage page and estimator, connect follow-up to your CRM, launch Meta, then launch ChatGPT.

02
Qualified-consult commitment

If we miss the agreed qualified-consult target in the first 90 days, we keep working free until we hit it.

Assuming your team follows up and the agreed ad spend stays live.

We do not guarantee signed contracts. Your pricing, sales process, and closing performance are yours to control. Our job is to build and operate the system that feeds that process.

Questions

What remodelers ask before the first call.

My clients aren't using ChatGPT.

Some aren't. More are than most remodelers expect, including older homeowners who've used it enough to trust it. It's where a growing share of “what does this cost?” and “can we add a second story?” gets asked. That's also why Meta runs underneath it: results never depend on ChatGPT alone.

Why not just pay referral partners? That's a guaranteed job.

Keep doing it. A referral payout is a known cost against a near-certain job, and it works. It also stops at the edge of your network, and those homeowners usually arrive already shopping. This reaches the homeowners who aren't in anyone's network yet, while the project is still an idea. It adds to referrals. It doesn't replace them.

How is this different from Google Ads?

Google reaches homeowners at the end, when they're searching for a contractor and lining up bids. This reaches them during planning, before the shortlist forms. Google still has its place. It's the last stop, not the first.

Is this shared leads, like Angi or HomeAdvisor?

No. Every inquiry comes through your own landing page and goes to you only. You're not one of four contractors calling the same name.

What if it works and we can't build it?

That's the right worry. One bad job can undo a good year. We ask about capacity before we start and pace spend to what your team can take on. If you're booked past roughly six months, we'll tell you it isn't the right time.

Do you close the deals for us?

No. You take the calls and build the jobs. We build and run everything up to that point: the ads, landing page, estimator, follow-up, and monthly scoreboard.

What does it cost?

It depends on your market and the ad spend it needs, so we cover it on the call. We frame it against gross profit per project, not revenue: how much signed work it takes to break even, and what's profit after that.
